It is our desire for you to find hope and your God-given purpose in life. The Hope Center exists as a place where Real People can find Real Hope in Jesus. Hi, I’m Andrea Wise. I assist my husband in pastoring the Hope Center in Pass Christian, MS. I’m passionate about seeing people discover their purpose and grow in their faith. I love encouraging others, building meaningful connections, and helping create a welcoming place where everyone feels seen and valued. I have a heart for serving and for teaching the Word of God, as well as leading in worship through song.
We have a genuine passion for people and helping them utilize their God-given potential. With almost 40 years of combined ministry experience, we’ve both seen and experienced the grace of God in such a tangible way. Our desire is now to share what we have experienced with our community. Since the beginning of our relationship in 2001, we have sensed the call of God on our life as a couple, and have committed our family to ministry and service. Ever since then, all roads have led to today: the birth of a life-giving church on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Pass Christian – a city of hope. But what are our neighbors hoping for? Extra money? A larger following on social media? Less tantrums at bedtime? More passion? All of these are wonderful pursuits, but are often only temporary fixes. We’ve discovered a Hope that can’t end in disappointment (Romans 5:5). This Hope is more than wishful thinking; it's secure and solid... something you can build your entire life upon. This Hope carries us through life’s biggest triumphs and darkest places. This Hope has a Name: Jesus.
Our dream is to plant a church filled with Real People and Real Hope for Pass Christian and the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our plan is simple and biblical: We will be a place of hope by holding life-giving church services each Sunday, and a movement of hope by reaching out to serve our community during the week.
We have God-sized dreams that we can’t accomplish on our own! We want to invite you to join us in what God is doing, creating a center of worship, healing and hope.
